Enzyme Preparation

Congratulations on taking the first step to achieving optimal health! Before we begin there are just a few things to remember before coming to your first appointment.

1) Start with a 12-hour Fast. After dinner the night before, do not eat or drink anything except water. This is pertinent; to accurately test your organ stress we need to first see how your organs respond with no food in your system.

2) Please drink plenty of water, proper hydration is beneficial. Unless you have had your cholesterol tested recently, plan on being tested here. If you have had a recent cholesterol test, please bring a copy for our records.

3) Please complete the Signs and Symptoms questionnaire and bring it to your first appointment. You can fax the completed questionnaire to (913) 696-1908, mail it to us, or drop it off at our office for Dr. Gradwohl to review prior to your first appointment.

4) Please allow 1.5 hours for your first appointment. It is imperative that you arrive at the office at your scheduled appointment time, as this exam is an extensive timed exam. If for any reason you cannot be on time it will be necessary to re-schedule the appointment.
